University Properties Bellingham (formerly WWUProperties.com) has been serving the rental housing needs in Bellingham, WA for over 20 years. University Properties Bellingham, LLC is made up of Garden Property Development, LLC, Sehome Investments, LLC and York Properties, LLC. Our team at University Properties Bellingham, includes Cynthia and Troy Bach, Owners/Operators, our Management Liaisons, Katy McKay and Brianna Williams, and Maintenance Technician, Charlie Reynolds.

We are experienced in student housing, and invite those attending classes at WWU, or one of the other area schools to review our current vacancies. Most of our properties are located near Western Washington University and are also convenient to Bellingham Technical College and Whatcom Community College. All rentals are conveniently located to downtown, shopping, bus lines, and area amenities. We do not allow sub-leasing of our rentals.
