Here at University Properties, Bellingham, we are very accessible, attentive and responsive to our tenants and our properties. Clearly defined expectations, becoming acquainted with our tenants and demonstrating integrity, help us to build a mutual trust and respect between us and our tenants. This helps to avoid many common problems which occur from the disassociation between owner and tenant expectations.

Our goal is to provide housing which is beneficial to our tenants and enriches our neighborhoods and the community. We offer a wide selection of single family homes and apartments for rent, along with personal service and technology to streamline the rental process.

The majority of our rental homes and apartments are located on the north side of Western Washington University’s campus, near the core of downtown Bellingham. We also offer a few “south side” locations, near the Sehome Village shopping area and Joe’s Garden. All rentals are conveniently located to shopping, bus lines, and area amenities.

We are experienced in student housing, and invite those attending classes at WWU, or one of the other area schools to review our current vacancies. Please be advised that we begin Fall “Pre-leasing” (filling vacancies for the Fall quarter) during the Spring, so contact us early for the best selection.
